Fee Refund Policy

As per the university rules of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, the fee refund policy is as follows:

• If a student withdraws before the commencement of the academic session, a refund of 75% of the total fee will be made.
• If a student withdraws within 15 days of the commencement of the course, 50% of the total fee will be refunded.
• No refund will be made after 15 days from the commencement of the course.
• In case of cancellation due to medical reasons, the university may provide a refund as per individual circumstances, subject to approval by the university authority.
